The villa and its exteriors
The villa is a haven of peace 700 m walk from the bustle of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea. The estate is surrounded by 3500 m2 of greenery, with a very clear view of the hill and the sea not far away.
The villa faces south. It also has numerous outdoor terraces in the shade of pines and cork oaks for a wonderful vacation with friends or family. In the evening the entire area is lit to make the most of the outdoors.
During your stay you will have:
- A dining area for 10 to 16 people in the shade of a shady coconut fiber arbor
- a Mediterranean patio surrounded by cacti, olive trees and orange trees ideal for evening aperitifs;
-a large fermob garden furniture in natural shade under the cork oaks on a terrace
- a wooden terrace ideal for practicing fitness or yoga outdoors
- a beach around the swimming pool with a changing room;
- a large plot of land on the hillside with a trampoline and a zip line as well as numerous fruit trees
- a pétanque court
- An outdoor kitchen area with: Barbecue and plancha;
